The award spotlights how the female artist has debunked the double standards of Filipino on women and has proven that women can take big roles, too
Winners will be determined based on a combination of the online votes from LionhearTV/Dailypedia and KTX (33.33%), online searches/visits within LionhearTV/Dailypedia/PHEntertainment (33.33%), as well as input from the blogging community, PR agencies, and partner brands (33.33%). KTX voting will run from November 6 to December 4, 2023.
