Contrary to his claims that he was the victim, columnist Ramon Tulfo started the scuffle with actor Raymart Santiago at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Sunday when he hit Santiago’s wife Claudine Barretto, a witness to the incident claimed.
