Ex-“Pinoy Big Brother” housemate Maris Racal expressed dismay over Sofiego’s (Sofia Andres and Diego Loyzaga) fans. These supporters accused Maris as the reason behind Sofiego’s breakup.
Maris denied that she has something going on with Diego while he’s with Sofia. She said Sofiego are her friends ever since.

The 19-year-old actress felt hurt when netizens started dragging her name in Sofiego’s recent split. She even shared that she comforted Diego when news broke and asked if he’s okay.
“Kanina tinanong ko siya, ‘Oy, ano ang nangyari?’
“Siguro personal problem na lang nila.”
Maris did not want to intervene so she no longer asked the actor for more details. She knew that fans will involve her since she is close to Diego. Maris reiterated that she and Diego are only friends.
“Nasa picture lang ako, kasi ako yung mas close, tapos babae pa. Typical na iniisip ng tao.
Meanwhile, rumors are going around that Inigo Pascual is currently courting her. Immediately, Maris denied this rumor.
Like what she is to Diego, Maris said the same with Papa P’s son.
“Wow… walang ganun, sobrang natuwa lang kami na nagka-work kami, masaya lang.”
Maris stressed that right now, she is happy having time just for herself and expressed no interest in love yet.
