#FireMocha has been a hot topic on Twitter Tuesday as it reached the number one spot of the Philippines trend.
The hashtag which was resulted from another blunder by Malacanang’s Communications Assistant Secretary Margaux Mocha Uson.
Mocha Uson on Tuesday tweeted a call to the opposition Senators Bam Aquino and Risa Hontiveros as well as Vice President Leni Robredo to visit the wake of a policeman killed in a drug bust operation. But apparently, the policeman that Mocha referred to died last year.
That prompts netizens to call out Mocha using the hashtag #FireMocha.
And although Mocha tried to appease the netizens by posting tirade against the LTFRB’s decision over TNVS, the damage control didn’t work as people continued their outrage against her misinformation and divisiveness.
