- Billing issues allegedly sparked between the talent managers of Kapuso actresses Solenn Heussaff and Andrea Torres during the grand launch of “Alyas Robinhood” Book Two.
- The issue was triggered by the introduction sequence of the celebrities
The recent grand launch of Kapuso network’s sequel to the fantasy series “Alyas Robinhood” took place this week at the Le Reve Events Place in Quezon City. There, old and new characters were introduced to the members of the press.
Lead actor Dingdong Dantes made quite an entrance when he arrived at the venue in his big bike. Joining him are familiar faces from the first season, Andrea Torres, Jaclyn Jose, Gary Estrada, Rey PJ Abellana, Gio Alvarez, Lindsay de Vera, Dave Bornea, Rob Moya, Antonette Garcia and Luri Nalus.
There were also new members of the series, Edu Manzano, Ruru Madrid, KC Montero, Paolo Contis, and Solenn Heussaff.
Amid the joyful event, conflict arose between the managers of Andrea and Solenn. Majority of the audience wondered why Andrea was called first before Solenn when the latter is a much bigger star in the industry.
This ‘billing’ issue is common among the handlers of local artists, especially when they talk about the sequence of names inside the credits of a show.
Director Dominic Zapata’s “Ang Pagbabalik ni Alyas Robin Hood” will air on August 14 in ‘GMA Telebabad.’
