- The bosses of GMA Network welcome the international cast of “My Korean Jagiya”
- The upcoming Korean drama-inspired series will soon grace the Kapuso primetime block
Heart Evangelista’s “My Korean Jagiya” is set to premiere this coming August 21 in the primetime roster of GMA Network.
The top executives of the network expressed their excitement on the much-anticipated Korean drama-inspired series that was shot in Korea.
International artists David Kim, Michelle Oh, Jerry Lee, and Alexander Lee were warmly welcomed by Atty. Gozon, together with GMA Senior Vice President for Entertainment TV Lilybeth G. Rasonable, GMA Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Communications Angela Javier Cruz and My Korean Jagiya’s Program Manager Redgynn S. Alba. They all agree that the show is something to be proud of.
“I think this is the first time it’s being done. You know Koreans really produce very good TV programs. This is our chance to show our Filipino viewers what our station also can do if we are partnering with the best,” said Gozon.
Meanwhile, the Korean actors were given a tour by Heart herself in Makati where they all enjoyed shopping.
