If Benjo Leoncio denied joining bikini contests (see the article: AATA student Benjo Leoncio denies of joining in a bikini contest), fellow student Brent Manzano said he is proud to join many pageants and talent searches in the past.
Brent admitted that he’s been in the Binatang Pinoy contest, he said, “Ako, proud akong galing sa mga pageants. Nagbikini open ako dati pa at proud ako, hindi ko kinakahiya. Sa Binatang Pinoy, lahat halos kami nakabriefs lang pero conpetition ‘yun.”
“Wala naman pong masama sa ginawa namin. Kumbaga fashion ‘yan. Kung meron ngang mga babaeng nakabra at panty at pinakikita pa sa telebisyon. Mga beauty pageants sa babae, pare-parehas lang naman po ang mga ‘yan. Ang pinagkaiba lang, lalaki kami na rumarampa,” he added.
