- Richard Gutierrez reassures Daniel Padilla that he’s in good hands
- He is the new addition to the cast of ABSCBN’s “La Luna Sangre”
It’s been a warm welcome for the new Kapamilya Richard Gutierrez as he joins the talented cast of ABSCBN’s latest fantasy series “La Luna Sangre.”
The 33-year-old actor will play the role of Sandrino, king of the vampires.
In his recent solo press conference for the show, Richard shared his thoughts toward the famous love team Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla (KathNiel).
“They seemed very nice kids, I’m excited to work with them,” Gutierrez said.
“We all know naman na at such a young age, they’ve accomplished a lot. They’re putting the hours in contributing to this industry and I respect that. I respect that at such a young age they are doing that and they are entertaining millions of Filipinos abroad and here. I was on that path before and I know how it feels to be grinding and working, I respect that,” he added.
Been there, done that
Richard saw how well their career is going.
Like him during Daniel Padilla’s age, he was the matinee idol of GMA Network. He had his fair share of love teams and overflowing projects.
The way he’s seeing it, Daniel’s career path is doing good and he assured him that he is in good hands.
“I’m sure Daniel has a great team behind him. I’m sure he’s well protected, well guided. But for me, just enjoy the journey.”
