K-pop superstars ENHYPEN brought their electrifying energy back to the Philippines on December 6, 2024, delighting fans and the media during a press event held at the Grand Hyatt Pool House in Bonifacio Global City.
The engagement preceded the highly anticipated Des7ined Dunkin’ Fun Meet at the Araneta Coliseum later that evening.
The seven-member group—Jungwon, Sunghoon, Jay, Heeseung, Sunoo, Jake, and Ni-Ki—expressed heartfelt appreciation for their fans, known as Engenes. Jake opened the press conference by sharing their joy at being back in the Philippines.
“It’s always good to be here,” Jake said. “The weather is amazing, and we’re excited to interact with our fans and perform for them tonight.”
Sunghoon echoed the sentiment, thanking Engenes for their unwavering support. “Thanks to their love and warm greetings, we’re able to end the year with this celebration,” he said.
The fun meet featured a performance of tracks from their newly released album Romance: Untold – Daydream. Sunoo teased a special surprise for fans, saying, “We prepared something that hasn’t been performed before.”
Jake elaborated on the creative journey behind the album, describing it as a continuation of the group’s previous work. “It builds on the storyline of Romance: Untold while exploring new musical styles. It was a challenge, but we’re proud to bring something fresh to our fans,” he said.
The repackaged album features two new tracks, Daydream and No Doubt, which highlight the group’s artistic growth and experimentation.
Looking ahead, ENHYPEN revealed an ambitious lineup for 2025, including their debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April. “We have many goals for next year,” Ni-Ki said. “Coachella is a dream stage for us, and we’ll do our best to achieve each milestone step by step.”
The group also announced their return to the Philippines for their Walk the Line tour on March 1, 2025, at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan.
Dunkin’ group product head Lea Nicart welcomed the K-pop sensations and expressed excitement over the collaboration. “This fun meet is a celebration of music, sweet treats, and the incredible connection between ENHYPEN and their fans,” she said.
As the event concluded, Jungwon expressed gratitude for the group’s achievements and the unwavering support of their fans. “For the past four years, we’ve come so far because of Engenes and our hardworking members. We’re excited for what lies ahead,” he shared.
The Des7ined Dunkin’ Fun Meet marks ENHYPEN’s third visit to the Philippines this year, following their Fate concert in February and A Sweet Experience fan meet in May. Fans are eagerly anticipating more from the group as they continue to reach new heights in their career.
