realme Philippines wrapped up its 2024 FanFest celebrations with a meaningful commitment to the community by partnering once again with the Make-A-Wish Foundation Philippines.
The event took place at Space and Time Cube +, an interactive museum that fosters creativity and exploration.
Patty Gonzales, Communications Lead at realme Philippines, emphasized the brand’s dedication to community service: “The community is one of the driving forces of the realme team and we want to express our utmost gratitude through this CSR activity. In collaboration with Make-A-Wish Philippines and together with our media partners, we’re hoping to put a smile on the children’s faces.”
This year, 15 children from Make-A-Wish Philippines shared their wishes for tablets, which would aid them in their educational pursuits and provide entertainment. Alongside fulfilling these requests, realme organized an interactive art tour, inviting the children and their families to explore the museum’s immersive exhibits.
Members of the media also participated in the event, joining the children in discovering the colorful installations. They utilized the realme 13 Pro Series 5G smartphones to capture memories throughout the day, even in challenging lighting conditions.
Among the attendees was Hazel, an 11-year-old girl with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She enjoyed posing with her younger sibling and mother, fully immersed in the vibrant displays.
Following the tour, realme presented each of the 15 children with a brand-new realme Pad Mini, enabling them to continue their education and entertainment. Hazel expressed her excitement, noting that she plans to use her new device during hospital stays.
In a gesture of gratitude, realme also donated realme 12 5G smartphones to the team at Make-A-Wish Philippines, acknowledging their tireless efforts to fulfill the wishes of children in need.
