South Korean actor Kim Ji Soo has expressed a strong interest in collaborating with Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza.
After officially signing with GMA Network’s Sparkle talent management, Kim Ji Soo is set to take on several new acting projects under the network.

During an interview after the contract signing, Kim Ji Soo was asked which GMA Network female star he would like to work with on his upcoming projects. Without hesitation, he named Barbie Forteza, citing her impressive acting abilities.
“I want to work with her because she is a good actress. I’ve watched some of her acting scenes, and she’s really good,” Kim Ji Soo said.
He referred to Barbie’s role in the GMA Prime series ‘Pulang Araw,’ where she portrays Adelina Dela Cruz, a bodabil actress, and sister to Alden Richards’ character.
In addition to Barbie Forteza, Kim Ji Soo also expressed a desire to work with Ruru Madrid. Although they were both part of ‘Black Rider,’ the two actors did not share any scenes together.
In a separate interview, Ruru Madrid praised Kim Ji Soo, describing him as kind, talented, and cool. He also expressed regret that they didn’t get the chance to act together in ‘Black Rider.’
Currently, Kim Ji Soo is featured in the GMA Afternoon Prime series ‘Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap,’ where he plays the role of Dr. Kim Young alongside Jillian Ward.
