Kapuso actress LJ Reyes clarified that the GMA afternoon series “Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa” was not cut short.
The series, where she plays the role of Angeli, ended on Wednesday, April 12.
“Kasi siyempre galing siya sa isang movie so as far as I know meron talagang agreement iyon, contract na ganito lang siya tapos ganito lang yung running time niya so hindi kami puwedeng lumampas.
“Sa tamang panahon siya natapos, hindi siya kinat-short,” she explained.
Meanwhile, her fellow “Pinulot” star Julie Ann San Jose thanked the viewers for supporting their drama series.
On her Instagram post, she described her experience with the series a “roller coaster journey.”
Additionally, the main leading man of the aeries, Benjamin Alves, also took to his Instagram account to show his gratitude to their fans. Benjamin then said that he’s “excited to find out what’s next.”
