As the country’s default number 1 TV network, GMA Network continues to dominate the weekend ratings with ‘Running Man Philippines’ (RMP) and ‘Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho’ (KMJS) maintaining their top positions.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey rating reports, RMP and KMJS remain the number 1 programs on the Saturday and Sunday leaderboards for two consecutive weeks.
On Saturday, June 8, RMP topped the overall Saturday leaderboard with a rating of 10.9 percent. It was followed by ‘Magpakailanman’ with a score of 10.2 percent. In third place was ‘Pepito Manaloto’ with 8.4 percent, followed by ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’ with 8.2 percent. Completing the top 5 was ’24 Oras Weekend,’ which recorded a 7.5 percent rating.
On Sunday, June 9, KMJS once again demonstrated its strength, achieving a rating of 16.4 percent. It was followed by RMP with a rating of 10.4 percent. In third place was ‘BBL GANG’ with an 8.4 percent rating, while ’24 Oras Weekend’ secured the fourth spot with a 6.2 percent rating. ‘The Boobay and Tekla Show’ (TBATS) rounded out the top 5 with a 4.5 percent rating.
The following week, RMP and KMJS continued to lead the ratings board.
On Saturday, June 15, RMP maintained its number 1 position with a rating of 11.4 percent, 0.5 percent higher than the previous week. ‘Magpakailanman’ stayed in second place with a rating of 9.6 percent. ‘It’s Showtime,’ ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap,’ and ‘Pepito Manaloto’ all tied for third place with a rating of 7.8 percent. In fourth place was ’24 Oras Weekend’ with a rating of 7.3 percent, and ‘Tadhana’ came in fifth with a rating of 7.1 percent.
On Sunday, June 16, KMJS once again topped the charts, although its rating slightly dropped to 15.2 percent. It was followed by RMP with a rating of 9.7 percent. ‘BBL GANG’ remained in third place with a rating of 6.5 percent, followed by ’24 Oras Weekend’ with a rating of 5.2 percent. TBATS held the fifth spot with a rating of 4.1 percent.
Meanwhile, the live finals of the PBA S48 featuring San Miguel vs Meralco reached the number 6 spot with a rating of 3.5 percent.
