“Parang kelan lang! Ang dami kong bashers! Ngayon, three years na kami!”
That was the response of Aiai delas Alas when she was asked about his marriage with boyfriend Gerald Sibayan.
In her interview with the press, the Concert Comedy Queen said her boyfriend shows great patience for their marriage.
“Basta may usapan na kami tungkol doon,” she stressed.
Additionally, Aiai said that the wedding might happen in 2018, although she stated she’s not yet ready. She also claimed, “Basta may pa-party pag nandiyan na ang kasal. Baka 2018. Pero baka magulat kayo. Hindi pa ako ready! Totoo! Di ba, nakakatawa?”
She then quipped, “Dapat, sa December ikakasal na kami. Pero sabi ko huwag muna. Natatakot ako. Kasi na-trauma na ako. Natakot ako sa honeymoon night! Charot lang!”
She explained that marriage is a sacred thing so she feels a bit uncertain about it.
“Na-ano na ako na baka later on… kasi simbahan na ito. Hindi na mababawi. Kumbaga pinagsama ng Diyos, hindi puwedeng paghiwalayin ng tao. Naniniwala ako roon,” she elaborated.
Meanwhile, Aiai said she’s happy that she was the first Filipino to win the Best Female Actor award on 7th Queen World Film Festival in New York City for her film “Area”.
