The Kapamilya romantic drama-thriller ‘Linlang’ continues to dominate the ratings race, setting new all-time high ratings.
According to the most recent Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Linlang’ has achieved its highest ratings since it began airing in January.
On Tuesday, May 14, ‘Linlang’ registered an 11.4 percent rating, securing the fourth spot on the overall ratings chart. This rating is 2.7 percent higher than its competitor program ‘My Guardian Alien (MGA),’ which garnered only 8.7 percent and placed seventh on the leaderboard.
This rating is also 0.4 percent higher than ‘Linlang’s’ previous peak of 11.0 percent recorded just the previous day, Monday, May 13.
The record-breaking episode on May 14 featured a confrontation between Julianna (Kim Chiu) and her daughter Abby (Heart Ramos), where Julianna admitted her mistakes in her relationship with Abby’s father, Victor (Paolo Avelino).
Meanwhile, in the latest ratings report on Monday, May 20, the Kapamilya teleserye nearly hit another peak, scoring an 11.0 percent rating, continuing to outpace its rival MGA, which only managed a 9.4 percent rating, resulting in a 1.6 percent ratings gap.
The Monday episode showcased the much-anticipated wedding of Victor and Olivia (Heaven Peralejo), attended by their close friends and family. Despite the joyous occasion for Victor, Alex (JM de Guzman) disrupted the reception, threatening Victor’s return to prison.
