November 15, 2012 — Dusit Thani held their third annual Christmas Tree Lighting Contest entitling “A Hundred voices, Ten Hopes, One Christmas Story”.The event was overwhelmed with renowned personalitieswho joined in the celebration of the spirit of Christmas. DusitThani’s General Manager, Prateek Kumar welcomed everyone with a heart-warming opening remark that talked about their yearly tradition and their chosen theme for this year’s event: Children, as the hope for the future.
For this special time of the year, Esquire Financing Inc. partnered with DusitThani to bring Christmas joy through their annual gift-giving event. “We believe in financing the future of the Philippines. Participating grade schools include De La Salle Zobel, Everest Academy Manila, German European School Manila, Mahatma Gandhi International School, MGC New Life Christian Academy, Miriam College Grade School, ParefSouthridge, Singapore School Manila and Divine Healer Academy from Cabid-an, Sorsogon.
Each of the participating schools was given a chance to bring along with them their favorite beneficiary, to whom they would want to give back to. The top three winning Christmas Tree’s will all receive a cash prize to be donated to the charity of their choice.
