How Death Penalty Bill works?
So, before you bash the congresswoman of Lipa, Batangas, ask yourself: “What are the crimes punishable by death?”
For those who are still clueless over which crimes are included in Death Penalty Bill, they are none other than drug-related offenses.
Therefore, if your neighbor was raped or killed by somebody, the convicted one will not be punished by death, unless the court will prove that he uses illegal drugs.
