During her contract signing on ABS-CBN, Yassi Pressman addressed the rumors that she is going to be the next Darna.
Since Angel Locsin announced that she would no longer portray the iconic Pinay superhero, speculations of Pressman will swallow the stone began to circulate.
“Nakikita ko sa Twitter, sa Facebook… pero hindi,” she confessed.
Still, the new Kapamilya said she’s happy that she is being considered for the coveted role.
She admitted, “Sobrang laking honor… Even if I don’t get to play the role, kung isa ako sa iniisip nila na possible, sobrang nakakatuwa. Just the fact na naiisip nila na dapat maging part ako or choice. Thankful ako, pero wala pa talaga.”
Although she already confirmed her exclusion in the new film “Darna,” Kapamilya fans will surely support her now that she’s with ABS-CBN.
