Actress Jennylyn Mercado remained open-minded on March 16 regarding the possibility of a project between ABS-CBN and GMA Network.
Rumors have it that the two former network rivals were developing another project. Amid a busy schedule of filming an undisclosed movie and an upcoming album under Star Magic, Mercado expressed willingness by the mere thought of being involved in the collaboration.
“Oo naman, bakit hindi?” she expressed during a press conference at Paramount Coffee, Davao del Sur.
When it comes to genres, the actress said she would be honored to do anything under the sun.
“Kung ano ang gusto nila, bakit hindi? Kung kukunin nila ako doon, sige, happy ako na gawin ‘yan,” she said.
Meanwhile, Mercado’s “Love. Die. Repeat.” has reached its final week.
ABS-CBN and GMA Network first collaborated in a historic teleserye, “Unbreak My Heart,” which featured stellar cast members from both networks. The series aired from May 29 until November 16, 2023, and was headed by Joshua Garcia, Gabbi Garcia, Richard Yap, and Jodi Sta. Maria.
