“Starstruck 6” alumna Koreen Medina attended the grand press conference of AlDub’s debut series “Destined to Be Yours” on February 14. Medina will be playing a third wheel in this prime time series.
As a newbie, being part of “Destined to Be Yours” can be considered as a huge opportunity. And although she was criticized by some fans of the Kapuso love team, she positively answered every questions asked to her.
Flash back to GMA’s Christmas party, some reports claimed that she answered “help me God” when asked about the thing she would do if Alden Richards fell in love with her.
Then recently, she has been receiving threats and criticism once again from Richards and Maindoza Mendoza’s fan when she posted a photo of them on her Instagram.
Several entertainment site reported that Medina was being bashed because of her Instagram post.
However, others claimed that the actress was being selective on deleting negative comments on her Instagram. One fan said that she was being selfish for saving herself from criticism, yet she let others to bash Mendoza.
Another netizen said that the 21-year-old would always answer “someday” and “thank you” when Richards’ name was being drag into some of her fans’ questions.
Medina turned off the comment feature in her Insagram indefinitely. She said the wants to remain optimistic and she was overwhelmed by the positive feed backs she has been receiving from other fans.
The pilot episode of “Destined to Be Yours” will be on 27 February, replacing Dingdong Dantes’ “Alyas Robin Hood.” The romantic-comedy series is a big break from both Medina and AlDub.
