The Kapamilya star’s mom seems to had her fill of the insults her daughter has been getting, since news items and online discussions started linking her to the breakup of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla a.k.a. KathNiel.
Mabel Gorostiza a.k.a. Belle Brillantes, remains her daughter, Andrea Brillantes’ biggest defender from bashers. In a now deleted post, Gorostiza voiced out her concern about the atmosphere of hate surrounding her daughter.
“So much hatred in the net these days. We turned into bunch of savages. Spread all that hate and lies, these negativity will not break my spirit. I am thankful for being alive, my kids and my mom being healthy, ” she captioned her post, where she also displayed her achievement in free diving.
She underscored the love she has been receiving, and put extra emphasis on not having too much hate. “I’m surrounded by people with so much love and compassion. Hate is baggage, life is too short to be angry all the time. I may not be getting the numbers that im aiming but i shall compete again tomorrow, i will finish this competition, bahala kayo dyan lahat magkagulo,” she said.
It was a netizen’s comment about her upbringing of her daughter, that ultimately poked her temper.
“Paano? Napagtapos nya sa school mga kapatid nya, nakapag pagawa ng bahay, may sariling negosyo, ikaw anong ambag mo sa mundo?” she wrote as answer.
Andrea, herself, has to speak about her link to the KathNiel breakup, which is labeled by many as ‘the breakup of the decade’.
