The Kapamilya action-drama teleserye, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ), continues its reign at the top of the ratings chart with a remarkable surge in TV ratings.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, FPJBQ achieved a remarkable milestone on Monday, August 7, securing its new all-time high TV rating of 14.9 percent. This new record surpasses its previous high of 14.0 percent, achieved on April 12.
Notably, the Coco Martin-led teleserye reclaimed the top spot on the ratings chart in just one day. On Thursday, August 3, FPJBQ shared the leading position with the Kapuso primetime newscast, 24 Oras, both garnering 14.0 percent ratings.
However, on Friday, August 4, the popular Kapamilya primetime series temporarily slid to the number 3 spot with a 13.3 percent rating, trailing 1.3 percent behind the ratings chart leader Voltes V: Legacy at 14.6 percent and 0.7 percent behind the second-ranked program, 24 Oras, with 14.0 percent.
Throughout the remainder of the week, FPJBQ shifted between the number 2 and number 3 spots.
On Monday, July 31, it achieved a 13.4 percent rating, securing the third position.
The following day, Tuesday, August 1, the series experienced a slight increase to 13.5 percent, propelling it to the number 2 spot.
On Wednesday, August 2, FPJBQ further advanced, adding a 1 percent increase in rating to reach 14.5 percent and maintaining its hold on the number 2 position on the rating chart.
