The Kapuso afternoon block achieves a remarkable triumph as three of its popular drama series deliver consecutive record-breaking episodes.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, the GMA network’s afternoon dramas ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap (AKNP),’ ‘Magandang Dilag,’ and ‘The Seed of Love’ have all reached new milestones by achieving their highest-ever individual ratings.
On Saturday, July 29, AKNP achieved an outstanding TV rating of 13.9 percent, surpassing its previous record of 13.3 percent on July 26. The show effortlessly outperformed its rival program, ‘Pira-pirasong Paraiso,’ which only scored 2.2 percent.
GMA Drama promptly shared the exciting news on Twitter, expressing gratitude to their devoted viewers for contributing to this achievement.

In addition to AKNP’s success, another GMA afternoon drama series also experienced a ratings surge.
On Friday, July 28, the series starring Herlene Budol achieved an all-time high rating of 11.7 percent, outshining its Kapamilya-Kapatid rival, ‘Pira-pirasong Paraiso,’ which garnered a mere 1.5 percent.
GMA Drama celebrated the victory of ‘Magandang Dilag’ on Monday, July 31, expressing thanks to the loyal Kapuso viewers for their continuous support.

Following suit, the GMA Afternoon Prime drama ‘The Seed of Love (TSOL)’ also secured its highest ratings.
On Friday, July 28, TSOL obtained an impressive rating of 9.5 percent, an astonishing 8.2 percent higher than its rival, ‘Nag-aapoy Na Damdamin,’ which only managed 1.3 percent.
