On July 24, actor-musician Ian Veneracion addressed the possibility of returning to GMA Network following his stint in ABS-CBN’s ‘The Iron Heart.’
During the media conference for ‘Ian Veneracion’s live concert at Winford Manila Resort & Casino,’ which LionhearTV covered, Veneracion remarked that anything’s possible, citing the number of networks he worked with throughout the years.
“I have no idea. Anything’s possible now.
“Ano ka ba, pwede pa nga ako mag-RPN 9 eh.
“Pero, really, galing na ng RPN 9, GMA for the long time, ABS-CBN for a long time, GMA ulit, ABS-CBN ulit, channel 5, I had a sitcom, ‘Oh My Dad.’ So naikot ko na ‘yun.”
He also expressed his hopes of seeing more media networks to accommodate the growing number of Filipino talents.
“Anything’s possible talaga because, hindi ako kumbaga sa– alam mo ‘yun, hindi ako nakasarado na ito, ito lang.
“Wala, wala, ‘yun nga actually, sana dumami pa ‘yung options ng mga stations, kasi nga there’s so much talent in the Philippines na kulang na kulang ‘yung the exisisting networks now, kulang na kulang, sa dami ng talento sa Pilipinas.”
Veneracion joined the cast of the action-packed Kapamilya series ‘The Iron Heart’ in January 2023. The primetime teleserye stars Richard Gutierrez, Jake Cuenca, Sue Ramirez, and many more.
As for Veneracion’s upcoming music event, the actor-musician holds a live concert titled ‘Ian Veneracion Live’ at the Winford Manila Resort & Casino Ballroom on August 12.
The concert event, directed by Vergel Sto Domingo, also features artists such as Marissa Sanchez and Zach Ponce.
