Veteran comedian Michael V., also known as Bitoy, expressed his desire to have none other than Vice Ganda as a guest on the relaunch of the beloved comedy show ‘Bubble Gang.’
The talented performer shared his excitement during a media conference on June 30 for the show’s much-anticipated return on July 9.
During the conference, Bitoy revealed that Vice Ganda has always been open to the idea of collaboration, and during a previous conversation between the two, the Unkabogable Star expressed his genuine desire to grace the set of ‘Bubble Gang.’
“Sana mabigyan ng chance [to have Vice Ganda on the show],” said Michael V.
Bitoy fondly recalled an incident when he and Vice Ganda appeared as guests during one of the concerts of Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. It was during that event that Vice Ganda hinted at the idea of a guesting exchange – “I-guest mo naman ako sa ‘Bubble Gang’!” he shared, and true to his word, Bitoy is now more than willing to reciprocate the favor as ABS-CBN’s ‘It’s Showtime’ begins broadcasting on GMA Network’s GTV.
“Lagi niya sa’kin minemention before na i-guest mo naman ako sa ‘Bubble Gang,’ and ako in a heartbeat, gagawin ko. Kung wala magiging kontrobersya o aberya, in a heartbeat, i-ge-guest ko talaga siya,” shared Michael V.
The return of ‘Bubble Gang’ promises to be a star-studded affair with exciting sketches, hilarious gags, and now the possibility of Vice Ganda joining the cast.
