“Beautiful Horizon” The second single from award-nominated pianist, composer, producer, Ray Angry’s forthcoming second album, Ray Angry Three (J.M.I./Mister Goldfinger Music) will have its world premiere on July 14th. The new single will be followed by the release of the album on August 18th.
About Beautiful Horizon: Angry comments: “Belo Horizonte is the 6th largest city in Brazil. It has mountains from where you can see most of the housing for its 2.5 million residents. The song Belo Horizonte, named after the city, means ‘beautiful horizon’ in Portugese. It conjures up similar imagery to the profile of the city: beautiful, staccato in the beginning but resolving peacefully in a hopeful melody. Sonically, ‘Beautiful Horizon’ represents the beauty both inside and outside of us that we can and cannot see. This piece was birthed from an understanding of our collective consciousness and respect for our fellow human beings, as well as our dear Mother Earth. It is an acknowledgement of the vast beauty that life has to offer.”

Ray Angry Three will be released on vinyl via J.M.I. Recordings in late summer. The digital release will be released on August 18th via distribution by Mister Goldfinger Music Group, Angry’s production company. This album will feature Angry on solo piano.
