The Kapuso actor has multiple projects lined up for him ahead of the conclusion of his ongoing series, The Write One.
Kapuso heartthrob, Ruru Madrid, has seemingly addressed again bashers, who relentlessly hurl negative comments at him. It can be recalled that back in April, he made a cryptic social media post, where he took a swipe at people who are unhappy with other people’s success.
“May mga tao na sadyang di lang masaya sa tuwing may mga umaasenso sa buhay… kaya gagawin nila ang lahat para lang hilahin ka pababa. #RealTalk”,”the post read.

Yesterday, May 12, he made a similar post. It notably came after several netizens voiced their thoughts on the actor’s having too many current and upcoming projects. It got announced the day earlier that he will headline the GMA Public Affairs hard-action series, Black Rider, alongside returning Kapuso star Matteo Guidicelli.
Madrid will also reprise his role in the creature drama, Lolong, which will return this year. The series had the highest finale and pilot ratings for a TV drama last year. Yesterday, it got announced that he will also star in a film under the collaboration of GMA Pictures and Viva Films.
Because of this streak of projects, Kapuso fans, especially those who follow other homegrown talents, who are yet to have big breaks, gave Madrid unflattering comments, with many criticizing him for not declining offers so that the projects could go to other actors.
“Ruru na naman! Umay na umay na. Ni hindi nga nagrate yang palabas niya now. Nasan naba ibang artista ng GMA? Sparkle sparkle pa puro Ruru naman pala,” commented Kapuso fan, @Rucki31, on Madrid’s getting cast for the lead role in Black Rider.

Liza, similarly expressed her disapproval of Madrid having multiple projects, as she tweeted: “Na naman? Hays umay na. Give chance to others pls! Daming magagaling na aktor di napapansin hays.”

May encourage GMA Network to set its sights upon other actors, who are also deserving to get the roles they offer to Madrid.
“@gmanetwork @gmanews nakakaumay ruru niyo wala na bang ibang artist bukod Kay ruru give chance other sparkle artist .para ma exposure din haaysss,” her tweet reads.

On Twitter, Madrid made a tweet about not minding those who do not approve of one’s successes. Many netizens suspect that it may be the actor’s response to his bashers.
“They don’t respect you at the bottom. They ignore you in the middle. Then they hate you when you get on top. You’ll never have everyone’s approval, so it’s best to focus on your own,” reads Madrid’s tweet,

GMA NetworkMadrid is yet to clarify if the tweet was to address his bashers. But as it came in the wake of the opposition by netizens over his getting cast as the lead actor in Black Rider, it seems that may be the case.
