Coco Martin admits that he found ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’ more difficult than ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’

On May 4, Kapamilya actor-director Coco Martin admitted that he found FPJ’s ‘Ang Probinsyano’ more difficult than FPJ’s ‘Batang Quiapo’.

At the media conference for FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’s new chapter, which LionhearTV covered, Martin highlighted how he’s more fluid in churning out ideas for his current action-drama versus ‘Ang Probinsyano’.

He also detailed how easy it was to create storylines for FPJBQ compared to its predecessor.

Admittedly, he felt nervous about their pilot episode but found his footing as a showrunner as their show progressed.

He acknowledged comments praising him as a gifted storyteller while commending his actors in the series.

FPJ’s ‘Batang Quiapo’ stars Martin (actor-director-writer) with Supreme Actress Lovi Poe.

The Kapamilya action-drama features a stellar cast with Irma Adlawan, Cherrie Pie Picache, John Estrada, Christopher de Leon, Charo Santos-Concio, Tommy Abuel, Mark Lapid, Lorna Tolentino, Joey Marquez, and many more.

The new chapter of the action-packed series FPJ’s Batang Quiapo starts May 8 at 8 PM on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, iWantTFC, and Kapamilya Online Live on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
