Vic Sotto couldn’t help but experience mixed emotions when reflecting on the past years during the pandemic.
It was a time when he had the opportunity to witness his daughter with Pauline Luna, Tali, grow up right before his eyes—an entirely new experience for Vic.
“Pag pinagusapna yung pandemya, yung lockdown, personally, I have mixed feelings. Kasi nandun yung nararamdaman mo yung hirap na dinanas ng kababayan natin,” he shared during press conference Vic Sotto’s contract renewal with Hanabishi as their long-time brand endorser on May 5.
“On the other hand, it was okay para sa akin, after so many years of working. – Doon ko naramdaman ang masarap din pala maging tamad, nasa bahay ka lang,” Vic jokingly added.
“Nakita ko paano lumaki si Tali, yung mga unang hakbang niya. Yung sa mga una kong anak, hindi ko nagawa kasi busy si Daddy,” Vic shared, revealing the bittersweet realization that he had missed similar experiences with his older children due to his busy schedule.
Beyond his personal reflections, Vic Sotto is a proud father of five children, including his son Vico Sotto, who has gained recognition as the Mayor of Pasig City.
During his recent birthday celebration, Vic Sotto wore a smile from ear to ear as his wife, Pauleen, and daughter, Talitha, sang him a happy birthday in an Instagram post-Pauleen shared.
