AnBie no more?
It looks like Barbie Forteza will no longer be partnered with Andre Paras. Their loveteam called AnBie (stands for Andre and Barbie) became a hit in the afternoon series “The Half Sisters” but their last project “That’s My Amboy” is a failure.
Barbie posted a photo and said, “Someone is very excited. #soon”
If you have seen Barbie in her indie films like “Mariquina,” you’ll see that she’s a young serious actress and she really doesn’t need a partner to shine. Seriously, among the young Kapuso stars, she’s a runaway winner in terms of acting and she has charisma by the way. There’s a lot more she can do than just to be with a loveteam.
Barbie deserves a serious project – something that will showcase her acting prowess. C’mon GMA Network, she’s a gem and her star deserves to be seen in primetime. Just give her a serious project, far better than her previous series.
