Two Kapuso programs and one Kapatid series premiered last week; how did they fare in TV ratings?
GMA Network’s primetime series Hearts on Ice and The Last Promise made their debuts on Monday, March 13.
According to the most recent rating reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Heart on Ice’ scored a winning pilot rating of 9.2 percent, taking the number 5 spot in the rating chart. On the other hand, the Tagalized Thai drama The Last Promise premiered at number 17 with a rating of 3.2 percent.
On Wednesday, March 15, the Xian Lim-Ashley Ortega-starrer series slightly dropped to 8.8 percent, moving one spot to the number six position in the leaderboard. Same for ‘The Last Promise’, which registered a decrease in rating by 0.3 percent at 2.9 percent, dropping to the number 19 spot in the rating chart.
On Thursday, March 16, Heart on Ice recovered a bit, adding 0.7 percent to 9.5 percent and moving up one notch to the number five spot. The Last Promise also improved, increasing 0.1 percent to 3.0 percent and climbing back to the 17th spot.
Meanwhile, True Beauty premiered with a rating of 1.4 percent, placing it 27th on the leaderboard.
On Tuesday, March 14, there was no available rating report, and on Wednesday, March 15, True Beauty was pre-empted with PBA coverage.
And on Thursday, March 16, True Beauty again registered a rating of 1.4 percent, taking the number 28 spot.
