On February 25, actor-politician Alfred Vargas detailed how he could work as an actor and as a public servant.
At the media conference for ‘AraBella’, Vargas highlighted that he has a lighter schedule as a councilor.
Vargas explained, “I’ve got so much time now that I’m a councilor kasi ang laki ng diperensya sa schedule na happy na happy lang talaga ako. ‘Yung makapag lingkod at tsaka makapag-arte.”
He then attributed his motivation to continue pursuing acting to the people he’s working with, especially at ‘AraBella’.
He then expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work on a Kapuso series full-time. He furthered, “I’m just so grateful na kasama ako sa project na ‘to full time, and una nagpapasalamat ako kasi I can do the two most things I love the most, ‘yun ‘yung serving people and acting…sobrang laking bagay din nitong pagbabalik ko din, and many sorts, and dito sa AraBella, na full length talaga ‘yung role.”
Vargas is currently serving as a councilor in Quezon City’s 5th District.
