61-year-old star Albert Martinez is among those seasoned actors who have been able to do projects under both ABS-CBN and GMA Network, at the same time.
It is undeniable that Albert Martinez is that actor who belongs to a very rare set of actors, who maintained their vigor and youthfulness, even after being in show business for decades.
Such a quality is among the reasons why he remains one of the most in-demand stars, gaining leading roles, in both television and film. In Martinez’s case, he is lucky to score projects both on ABS-CBN and GMA Network.
Speaking exclusively to LionhearTV, during our set visit to The Iron Heart’s filming locations in Cebu, last February 6 and 7, the award-winning top leading man shared how ecstatic he is for being able to work under both ABS-CBN and GMA.
The veteran actor expressed, “I’m really, really thankful. I thank God to be still being given projects. I’m happy to be part of the biggest project in GMA, Voltes V. I really appreciate na I’m with ABS-CBN again, knowing naman that the biggest project of ABS, which is The Iron Heart.”
The actor has notably completed taping scenes for the upcoming Kapuso series, before signing up for the Kapamilya action-drama series. He has also previously appeared in Kapamilya shows The General’s Daughter (2019) and Kadenang Ginto (2018).
With the streak of big projects he has been getting over the years, he gave props to all his fans.
“So, I’m thankful. I thank all the fans out there who have been supporting me all through the years, and the producers, and the networks, na who still trust me,” he shared.
Star Creatives Television, the Kapamilya production unit behind the series, recently announced the extension of ‘The Iron Heart’. Martinez took his chance to thank all the supporters of the show, and invite them to stay tuned for future big twists and turns. The series introduces new characters.
‘The Iron Heart’ airs right after FPJ’s ‘Batang Quiapo’, from Monday to Friday, on A2Z, TV5, Kapamilya Channel, and Jeepney TV. It also streams live on Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and TFC IPTV services.
