At the media conference for the Darna Super Soldiers, which LionhearTV covered on January 18, artist Kim Rodriguez detailed her experience as a new Kapamilya.
Rodriguez highlighted the warm welcome she received from the cast of Darna.
“Since ngayon part na po ako ng Darna family, nakakatuwa po and sobrang nag-eenjoy po ako, lalo na ‘yung locked in namin kasi noong locked in namin, kahit off-cam, parang nagbo-bonding kami, mas nakikilala namin ‘yung isa’t isa at nadadagdagan ‘yung mga kaibigan ko dahil sobrang bait nila at tsaka ‘yung pag-welcome nila sa akin sobrang init po and sobrang nakakatuwa, nakakataba ng puso.”
She then discussed how she landed the role after signing with talent manager Ogie Diaz.
As for her future projects, Rodriguez hinted at her interest in working on future projects with her Darna co-stars.
“Nakakatuwa, kasi it’s an honor to be part of Darna, and looking forward pa po ako na makatrabaho sila sa mga susunod na shows.”
As for Rodriguez, she began her career under GMA Network in 2011. Some of her notable Kapuso projects were Mga Mumunting Lihim (2012) and Ika-5 Utos (2018). She signed with the Kapamilya talent manager and showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz in 2022.
