At the media conference for Girlfriend Na Pwede Na, which LionhearTV covered on January 6, Viva star Gab Lagman talked about his experience of not being enough for someone.
Lagman admitted that he had been on both ends of the experience of feeling not enough.
“Wala naman po, pero na-experience ko naman ho na both sides po hindi pa rin. So it’s all about right timing po, if it’s meant to be it’s meant to be.”
He also cited how he related to his character about not being ready to settle down.
“Siguro ‘yung nakarelate po ako sa character ko yung guy is hindi pa ready to settle down. For ano, kasi gusto na ata magpakasal ng Pam, so parang naka-relate ako ‘yung parang hindi pa both ready. ‘Yung sa akin naman hindi pa both ready, I feel like it’s the right timing. Kasi ‘yung naka-relate ako dito is ‘yung hinahanap–inuna muna ni Jigs ‘yung career niya eh.”
He also revealed his mindset about getting into a relationship.
“Hindi naman ako makikipagrelasyon sa babaeng pwede na, I mean kung papasok ako sa relationship, I know that enough na siya for me.”
Lagman stars in Girlfriend Na Pwede Na with Kim Molina and Jerald Napoles.
The romantic-comedy also has Tomas Rodriguez, Heart Ryan, Nicole Omillo, Andrea Barbierra, Prince Estefan, and Gene Padilla.
The Viva romantic comedy film directed by Benedict Mique premieres on January 18 in cinemas.
