The 8th edition of RAWR Awards, spearheaded by LionHearTV.net, streamed live on Tuesday, December 13.
Gello Marquez (He’s Into Her 2) was named For Beshie ng Taon. KathNiel (2 Good 2 Be True) were the Favorite Bidas. Janella Salvador (Darna) easily clinched the title Favorite Kontrabida.
The tandem of KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad (better known as KDLex) was the Breakthrough Artist of the Year. Anji Salvacion as Favorite Newbie and Vica Ganda sa Pak na Pak na Comedian. Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo as Actor and Actress of the Year for Kun Maupay It Panahon and 2 Good 2 Be True performances, respectively.

Despite the pandemic, the RAWR Awards managed to give out awards via a virtual event.
“We are hoping that by 2023, the awards nights will be real-world,” says McRichard Paglicawan, the founder of LionHearTV.net and the man behind the RAWR Awards.
