Teleperformance (TP) Philippines recently earned multiple recognitions for their TP Cloud Campus Jeepney Roadshow and Microsite Launch at the Marketing Excellence Awards Philippines 2022.
Launched by Marketing-Interactive, Asia’s leading source of advertising, marketing and media intelligence, the Marketing Excellence Awards Philippines 2022 recognizes outstanding marketing campaigns in the country from brands and agencies.
In the recent gala dinner and awarding ceremony, TP received the Gold Award in the Excellence in Out-of-Home Advertising category for the TP Cloud Campus Jeepney, a mobile and cloud-connected workstation that simulates a fully enabled work-at-home experience. It aims to support and promote the TP Cloud Campus, TP’s long-term remote work solution that allows home-based interaction experts to remain connected to their Teleperformance team through the Cloud Campus hubs, with the goal of job generation. TP took the jeepney-inspired workstation on a nationwide roadshow that began in the National Capital Region, then across Luzon, and is currently making the rounds in Visayas and Mindanao.
The TP Cloud Campus solution is also supported by hubs located within existing TP business sites, which serve as the operational command center of virtual teams, providing training and backend support to the remote employees. This year, TP started launching TP Cloud Campus Microsites, which are standalone business sites that cater specifically to supporting the TP Cloud Campus solution and help bring exciting remote career opportunities to more Filipinos in the provincial area.
This year, TP launched the first TP Cloud Campus Microsite in Ilocos Norte, which earned them Silver awards in the Excellence in Launch / Re-launch Marketing and Excellence in Event Marketing categories. The microsite launch was attended and recognized by distinguished guests including representatives from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the local government of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.
The locations of these microsites were also selected to support the DICT’s Digital Cities 2025 Program, which has a goal of strengthening the local economies of key cities outside of Metro Manila particularly in the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) sector.
Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Francisco Lara said, “The Cloud Campus solution is an innovative program that, aside from supporting businesses in their goals, also contributes to job generation in the Philippine countryside, which Teleperformance has been pushing for in the Philippines throughout the last decade. We have built and maintained a great employee and workplace culture that we look forward to being experienced by more people around the country.”
Teleperformance currently has over 61,000 employees nationwide and has received the Great Place to Work® certification for five consecutive years, the first and largest employer in the country to achieve this through an anonymous survey of at least 85% of their Philippine-based employees. They have also been recognized as one of the best workplaces in Asia and in the Philippines for 2022.
