Angel Locsin is still the top choice for Kapamilya star Anne Curtis to play the iconic role for Star Cinema’s upcoming movie “Darna.” When asked about her choice to play the “Darna” role, without he4sitation, she replied, “Angel ❤️”
On October 26 last year, in a joint statement with ABS-CBN and the film production outfit, the 30-year-old Locsin revealed that her rigorous training for the role has led to her developing a disc buldge in her spine. The actress’ “painful” decision has left the project, which would have been helmed by award-winning director Erik Matti, with no lead star.
She also wants to do a remake of classic Pinoy musical “Do-Re-Mi” with Popstar Sarah Geronimo. She said, “Sana one day! Do-Re-Mi ❤️ ako si Donna Cruz Hahahah”
