Several netizens and social media personalities can’t help but laugh off a troll who made content mistaking Janella Salvador’s line in Darna as a statement coming from her.
In a recent episode of Darna, Salvador, who assumed the lawyer-vlogger Atty. Regina Vanguardia (Valentina’s alter ego) slammed Nueva Esperanza Mayor Ballesteros (Simon Ibarra) for his inaction in the successive attacks of Extras.
“Marami po sa atin ang natatakot sa babaeng ahas pero alam mo kung ano ang mas nakakatakot? Wala pa ring plano ang mga nasa pwesto.”
It went viral on social media and captured the attention of Marcos’s trolls which mistaken it as a personal statement of the young Kapamilya star.
In a video shared by @altstarmagic on twitter, a Marcos fanatic slammed Salvador and said she doesn’t know what she’s saying cause it’s only three months since the new Admin started–there are already clear accomplishments.
@altstarmagic then took a swipe on the troll using Heneral Gordo’s line, “”Wala talagang hangganan ang kabobohan ng mga tao sa planetang ito.”

Comedian and director John Lapus also took to Twitter to react asking if the troll is really unaware that the statement was a line from Darna.

Meanwhile, trolls reacting and mistaking Darna lines as real statements only mean that the Kapamilya action-hero serye is making waves and leaving such impact to the viewing public.
Since its premiere on August 15, Darna has captured the hearts of online viewers as it garnered a whopping 41 million views on its pilot episode.
Darna has also consistently registered an average of 200 thousand live concurrent views on Kapamilya Online Live, comfortably beating its rival Lolong, which only averaged below 20 thousand live viewers.
