In an interview aired on Sunday, July 17, Enrique Gil said he is supporting loveteam partner and girlfriend Liza Soberano in doing solo projects.
Gil said he wanted Soberano to pursue her dreams in making it to Hollywood.
Gil said, “Pero darating po yan promise. Gusto ko muna i follow ni Hopie (Liza Soberano) yung dream nya mag hollywood mag U.S. Alam mo kung mahal mo yung tao, kahit anong gusto niyang gawin susuportahan mo talaga.”
He added that they will have no projects together in the meantime.
He added, “Wala munang LizQuen projects at the moment kasi busy pa yung baby ko.”

Previously, Soberano revealed on June 20, that she and her boyfriend Gil might not be doing any more projects together.
According to Soberano, Gil is taking his time, just waiting for the right project that will excite the young actor. He is currently busy with his real estate business called Gil Side Homes.
