Comedienne and now one of the hosts of the upcoming Kapuso game show Tiktoclock Pokwang on Tuesday, July 12 revealed that she does not let negativity ruin her life.
In the virtual media conference of the show, she said that instead of dwelling on the problems and hardships that she faces, it was better to focus on the things that she currently has.
So bakit ka mag-emote emote?”
Prior to being a Kapuso, the comedian was from ABS-CBN during its shutdown amid the pandemic. She, together with almost employees and talents of the network, had no source of income.
Pokwang also had a stint at TV5, hosting Chika, Besh! together with Ria Atayde and Pauleen Luna-Sotto back in 2020. However, it had an abrupt ending as Atayde transferred back to ABS-CBN.
Then on June 18, 2021, it was announced by GMA Artist Center (now Sparkle GMA Artist Center) that the comedienne has become an official part of their talent roster. Her first acting gig was in Wish Ko Lang.
Now, she is set to host Tiktoclock together with Kim Atienza and Rabiya Mateo and will begin airing on July 25, at 11:15 a.m., every Monday to Friday.
