Jillian Ward will return to the GMA Afternoon Prime.
On June 26, via an article, GMA Network revealed that Ward will lead an upcoming Kapuso series titled Abot Kamay Na Pangarap.
Abot Kamay Na Pangarap follows the story of a mother and her child who will help each other in reaching their dreams.
Ward will play the character of Jillian, a poor girl who has a surprising intellectual ability and a mother who has very little education. Lyneth, Jillian’s mother, will be portrayed by Carmina Villarroel.
At a young age, Jillian will be noticed because of her intelligence, despite not having a formal education.
Jillian will be presented with opportunities that will allow her to have a better education, permitting her to become a doctor at a young age.
Ward and Villarroel will be joined by Richard Yap, Andre Paras, Dominic Ochoa, among others.
Ward first appeared in a commercial for a milk brand before starring in GMA Network’s TV remake of the classic film Trudis Liit.
She portrayed the role of Daldakina in the GMA romance fantasy series titled The Last Prince.
In February 2022, Ward returned for the second season of the top-rating GMA afternoon drama titled Prima Donnas.
