Sean Lucas said on Thursday, June 30 that his curiosity became his ticket to fame, eventually becoming an exclusive artist for GMA Network.
Lucas is part of the newest Sparkada group and according to star builder Johnny “Mr. M” Manahan, they were chosen for a specific reason—the It Factor.
“All the members of the Sparkada have a certain ‘It Factor.’ You don’t know what it is, but it makes them unique, interesting, and attractive. They come from all over the Philippines and of course, they are all young, fun, and exciting.”
In Lucas’s case, it was his inquisitiveness. Furthermore, this 18-year-old artist has charisma and humor—a trait that a good romcom actor has.
The young talent figured out that these are the reasons why Mr. M and GMA Network chose him to be one of their exclusive artists.
“Siguro po before, sa school, I doubled po in singing and dancing rin, aside from acting. But, there’s so much more to improve.
“Siguro what made me stand out talaga was my curiousity rin as someone na first-timer sa showbiz. So I was very eager to learn and improve. Tsaka, I’d like to say po siguro, my sense of humor,” explained the Kapuso talent during a virtual interview.
His journey to success has started, becoming part of the upcoming series LUV IS: Caught in His Arms. Lucas is joined by his fellow Sparkada members Vince Maristela, Raheel Bhyria, Michael Sager, Caitlyn Stave, Cheska Fausto, and Tanya Ramos in this Kapuso project that will air in October.
