Rumors are saying that Vice Ganda will be transferring to the Kapuso Network. The allegations are yet to be confirmed.
On May 21, on the recent episode of Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update, Ogie Diaz, Mama Loi, and Dyosa Pockoh discussed the rumors of Vice leaving his home network.
Mama Loi said that someone saw Vice having a meeting with the former ABS-CBN director Direk Edgar ‘Bobot’ Mortiz, who is now associated with the Kapuso Network.
Mortiz is the director of the GMA sitcom titled Happy ToGeTher, where John Lloyd Cruz is the lead star.
Despite Diaz not knowing any details about what Vice and Mortiz had discussed, he said that the two went to have a meeting to talk about a show abroad.
On May 20, Vice gave a ₱5000 cash bonus to the whole staff of It’s Showtime.
“Ngayon pa lang, Showtime staff, 130 people, lahat kayo makakatanggap ng Merry Christmas from Vice Ganda. Maganda ang gising ko. Yung 130, the staff, lahat kayo makakatanggap ng ₱5,000 each.
“Sa buhay hindi puwedeng ikaw lang ang maganda. Hindi mo maa-appreciate ang ganda mo kung yung mga taong nakapaligid sa iyo hindi naman naaambunan ng gandang iyan.
“You have been very kind to me and I woke up today realizing I have been so blessed to have you. And I just wanna put a simple smile on your faces today,” Vice shared.
