Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez Alcasid endorsed the presidential aspirant and Vice President Leni Robredo and vice-presidential aspirant and Senator Kiko Pangilinan tandem.
On April 10, via Instagram, Velasquez shared that she fully supports the Robredo-Pangilinan tandem.
“#LeniKiko2022 tayo. Dahil magliliwanag ang kulay ng bukas natin. Ipanalo na natin to,” she captioned.
“Ako po si Regine Velasquez Alcasid at itinataas ko po ang kamay ni Kiko hanggang huli dahil mas liliwanag ang kulay ng buhay natin kung si Leni at si Kiko ang ipapanalo natin,” Velasquez said on the video.

Megastar Sharon Cuneta, wife of Pangilinan, reposted the endorsement video of Velasquez on her Instagram account.
“Thank you, dearest Nana!💖💖💖 We have NEVER asked any of our friends in showbiz to endorse or campaign for Kiko since 2001, preferring to pray for at least some of them to come and tell us instead.
“And we have been so blessed by those who reached out to us because they wanted to support Kiko in their own ways. We are forever grateful for such great and loving friends! God bless us all!”
Cuneta shared that she did not ask for any endorsement from her showbiz friends, saying she was grateful for their support.
