On April 8, Viva artist Ayanna Misola recalled calling out a co-star who got too intense in their intimate scenes.
During the media conference for Iskandalo, Misola admitted she felt shocked when her unnamed scene partner before overstepped her boundaries.
“Mayroon kasing isang beses na parang sinabi ko ‘yung limitations ko and then parang biglang na-ano niya ‘yung boundaries, so nagulat ako noon sa scene.”
She then detailed how she called out her co-star at the time, noting that she was straightforward during their conversation.
“‘Yung na-experience ko na naano niya ‘yung boundaries ko, sinabihan ko naman siya after. After i-take sinabi ko agad sa kaniya ‘yun and okay na kami ngayon.
“Sobrang straight forward din ako kapag alam kong na-aano ako. Pero, parang feeling ko, sabi niya, nadala lang daw siya sa scene. Hindi naman talaga niya sinasadya na taking advantage. Pero ‘yun napagsabihan naman agad.”
Misola joins the Iskandalo stars Cindy Miranda, AJ Raval, Jamilla Obispo, and Angela Morena in their sexy and gritty 10-part series directed by Roman Perez Jr.
She urged viewers not to judge the series, highlighting the real-life issues they are tackling.
“Sana po panoorin niyo po muna ‘yung series bago ninyo i-judge dahil madami pong tina-tackle ‘yung story. Napakaganda ng story. And ‘yung tinatackle namin dito ay nangyayari po talaga siya in real life.”
As for Misola’s career as a sexy star, she addressed people’s opinion of her being a “pantasya ng bayan.”
“Para sa akin po, compliment po na tawagin kaming pantasya dahil naa-appreciate nila kami ‘yung features namin or kung ano man ‘yung binibigay namin.”
Iskandalo premiered on Vivamax on April 10 and with new episodes each week.
