On March 24, the flagship channel of Zoe Broadcasting Network, A2Z, reached Cebu and Davao as part of the network’s campaign for continuous audience reach expansion.
Zoe started this expansion in November 2020 when they started making A2Z digital available for Metro Manila and neighboring cities and provinces like Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, and Batangas.
Last year in September, A2Z digital reached Eastern Visayas via PRTV Tacloban.
Earlier this year, it also expanded throughout Iloilo City, Bacolod City, and some parts of Guimaras and Negros Occidental.
Last month, A2Z also became available in Cagayan De Oro and neighboring Misamis Oriental municipalities.
And now, The digital free TV signal of A2Z is available in Cebu and Davao via DTT 20 / 509.143.
The digital expansion in Cebu and Davao is supposedly only the commencement of a broader expansion campaign by Zoe Broadcasting Network Inc this year, with the first digital broadcasts slated to commence in important Philippine cities such as Naga General Santos City and Zamboanga.
With this expansion, top-rated Kapamilya shows, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano and The Broken Marriage Vow, and other ABS-CBN programs can now reach more viewers.
Will this audience reach expansion help ABS-CBN programs improve their ratings and eventually revive the competence of Kapamilya shows?
A2Z is the product of Zoe and ABS-CBN’s partnership as the latter remains off-air due to the non-renewal of its franchise.
