Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort’s Signature Cantonese restaurant Xi recently launched an extensive dim sum menu selection with its ‘Yum Cha Festival’ available Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“We look forward to indulging our diners with an authentic, handmade dim sum experience with over 30 mouthwatering flavors to share,” shares Leo Holli, hotel general manager, adding, “Our team remains committed to providing our guests with unique and worry-free experiences.”
The Yum Cha Festival includes signature highlights such as Barbecued pork buns, Wok-fried “Kung Pao” chicken with nuts, Pork spare ribs, and Har gao, among other favorites. The culinary journey begins with diners being invited to choose from the Yum Cha menu selection of starters, main course, and dessert such as the Almond jelly lychee and Hot taro sago. Price starts at Php 1,188 per person.
Xi presents diners with authentic Cantonese cuisine revisited in a modern way and is inspired by the timeless elegance and grandeur of Old China. The restaurant is open Wednesdays to Sundays for lunch 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
