Comedian and content creator Ate Dick, or Inah Evans didn’t mince words in blasting a film director and content creator who espouses trash content.
During the Isabela People’s Rally for VP Leni and Senator Kiko Pangilinan on March 12, Ate Dick and Krissy Achino were tapped to host the event.
During their stage banter, Ate Dick mentioned Kakampinks guiding each other to be better citizens.
He then warned people not to be swayed by personalities who will guide them to the wrong path, just like a content creator and film director who proliferates trash content, which also drags his talents to be trash.
“Tayong mga Kakampink, guide natin ang isa’t isa. Huwag na tayong maging guide sa maling paraan. Di ba may mga ibang content creators na direktor na gumagawa ng mga basurang content, ngayon pati mga talent niya, nagiging basura na rin,” he said.
While Ate Dick didn’t mention any names, his co-host Krissy Achino commented “Yuck naman yan.”
At that moment, Ate Dick bridged her punchline chiding film director and known die-hard Marcos Jr supporter Darryl Yap.
“Yuck talaga siya. Tama? When I say Darryl, you say?” pointing the mic to the audience where they said “Yuck”.
The video of their banter was shared on Facebook, which caught the attention of Darryl.
In the comment section, the director commented “Sino sila? Muntik na kong matawa.”
Yap has drawn backlash on social media over his Len-Len, series which was directed to sow a negative image of Vice President and Presidential candidate Leni Robredo.
The series featured Juliana Pariscova and incumbent Senator Imee Marcos, the sister of Robredo’s rival Bongbong Marcos Jr.
