Former Pinoy Big Brother 8 housemate Lou Yanong revealed that the state of her heart is “happy” on Tuesday, March 8.
“My heart is so happy! Still learning to love myself everyday. There’s always a challenge naman. Not everyday you’re confident, not everyday you’re strong. But that’s what makes us human. It’s happy and content,” Yanong said during the virtual media conference for the Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) Women’s Month episode featuring the life story of Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity celebrity housemate Karen Bordador.
Earlier in January 2021, she and fellow housemate Andre Brouillette broke up due to a “different journey in our lives.”
Meanwhile, for her first MMK episode, Yanong revealed that it was “surprisingly easy” given that she will be working alongside her friend, Kaila Estrada as well as a friendly team and cast members.
“I was feeling anxious and everything but learning that I’m doing this with Kaila and Karen… Kaila has been my friend ever since and Ms. Sharmaine (Buencamino) too was super nice to me, and Direk Raz they’re all so nice.”
Yanong also pointed out that she wanted to partake in sharing Bordador’s story.
“Oh my gosh! I just loved the story so much… And I have been following Karen’s story ever since. I am so happy na I can share a woman’s strength, no matter how feminine we are, it’s just challenging, and kayang-kaya nating lahat.”
Estrada will portray Bordador in the two-part episode of ABS-CBN’s long-running drama anthology show.
The MMK episodes will be aired on March 12 and 19 via Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, Kapamilya Online Live YouTube channel, ABS-CBN Entertainment Facebook page, and iWantTFC.
